Children’s Privacy Rights

Murtech’s websites and mobile applications are not intended for use by children, especially those under the age of 13, and Murtech does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Suppliers can provide personal information through their business relationships involved in acquiring, marketing, or selling Murtech products. Murtech will always ask your consent for collection of personal information. Such consent may be provided in a manner appropriate to the context of the collection.

Murtech uses personal information for the purposes for which it was collected. Personal information is vital to our management and administration of customer and supplier relationships. Murtech stores personal information as needed to accomplish the purposes identified above and to meet legal requirements, including record retention. When personal information is no longer useful to Murtech, personal information will be destroyed, in accordance with local law.

You may request and will receive reasonable access to the personal information you have provided to Murtech and have an opportunity to correct it if necessary. Murtech is located in the United States of America and operates in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico. Murtech may transfer personal information between those countries and by providing personal information to Murtech you consent to the transfer of that personal information to the United States of America.
